An Invitation to Relax: We would like to invite you to come and stay with us at the Meadview RV Park and Cozy Cabins. If peace and quiet in a tranquil setting are what your jangled nerves require, then, this is the place. We are located just past mile post 34, south of the small community of Meadview, Arizona, at the intersection of Pierce Ferry Road and Sandview Drive.
Facilities: All of our RV sites have full hookups (Electric, Water, & Sewer) and are 28 feet wide by 50 feet long. There is additional parking space for extra vehicles, boats, ATV's, etc. Below the sites is a large open dry wash area for exercising your pets. TV reception of five Phoenix area network channels, via a county supported translator, is very good with RV antennas. The county has upgraded the translators and we now get our channels in High Definition! A couple Nevada and Utah channels can be viewed as well. Wi-Fi Internet Service is available, however our ISP is slow. We ask that no one uses the internet to stream any movies and such. That is Netflix, Hulu, etc. In addition to the RV sites we have rental cabins.
ATM:
There is a newly acquired ATM in the office.
Propane: We have a propane filling station to top off our amenities. Our price compares to other facilities.
Tent Camping: Do you like to camp without an RV or "under the stars"? There is a dry camping area with a restroom available.
We have Ice for your convenience
A "welcomed guest" Phrynosoma (Horned Toad) A "frequent visitor" Geococcyx Californianus (Roadrunner)
Location: We are 26 miles from the West Rim of the Grand Canyon and the closest RV Park to the Grand Canyon Overlook, home to the world famous "Skywalk". Meadview is a quiet retirement community surrounded by federal land: Bureau of Land Management (BLM) & National Park Service: (NPS). It is the closest access to Lake Mead, the largest man-made lake in the United States. We are a private park inside the Lake Mead National Recreation Area (LMNRA) and only 16 miles from the concrete boat ramp at South Cove and the boat launch area at Pierce Ferry.
Pierce Ferry: Launch area is closed due to low water at this time. There is no time table as to when it will re-open. We need an abundance of snow run-off and rain to improve the situation.
Directions: From Las Vegas, Nevada: Go South on Highway 93 across the bridge at Hoover Dam, continue to milepost 42, turn left on Pierce Ferry Road. Go past Dolan Springs to milepost 34. Turn right on Sandview Road and immediate left to RV Park.
Directions: From
Kingman, Arizona:
Go North on Stockton Hill Road to
Pierce Ferry Road and turn right. Continue to milepost 34. It
is about 60 miles from
downtown Kingman.

We welcome all pets, but remind you that Mohave County Law requires that they be leashed, tied to, or confined in your RV AT ALL TIMES. In our desert dwell some really hungry critters, such as Bobcats, Coyotes, Lynx and an occasional Cougar, who just LUV to invite dogs and cats.....to BE lunch! We ask that you "pick up" after your pet.
We
now allow pets in our cabins, since we have become a

The expansion of our park on the higher elevation is complete with the same amenities as the original park with an added benefit: that is, a better view of our famous "Grand Wash Cliffs". You have to visit us and see for yourself the splendor we have to share.
A really beautiful view of the Grand Wash Cliffs awaits our guests. This is probably the only place in the world where one looks to the east, instead of the west during the sunset, to view the magnificent colors of the cliffs.
